Wherever possible, try the physical samples at the store before ordering, this is the most reliable way to get the right fit. ONCE ITEMS LEAVE THE STORE, THEY CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED.
If that's not possible, use a soft tailor's (cloth) measuring tape and the guide below to measure your child at home.
How to take the measurements
• Pant / Short Waist (C): Wrap the tape around the natural waistline, where the pants will sit. Pant and short waistbands are elastic and can expand by roughly an additional 30% for example, an Adult L is roughly 32 to 45 inches.
• Pant Length (D): Measure from the top edge of the waistband straight down to the ankle bone. The key thing is not to have them too short. Too long and they can either be tucked in or taken up by a Tailor in a Wet Market for about $2.
